I, Andi Buhle, am a freelance technical writer, consultant and kitchen chef. I wrote many guides about How To Barbecue and Grilling for well over ten years. Over the years I’ve cooked on hundreds of grills, smokers and pretty much anything else you can fire up on the patio.

Experience:
